Pre-Proposal for Titan Innovation Fund

  • expected return on investment (e.g. increased student enrollment/retention/graduation, externally funded grant or endowment, elevated prominence of 91°µÍøºÚÁÏ locally/globally, generation of a revenue stream for 91°µÍøºÚÁÏ)
