- Awardees will receive a letter notifying them that their proposal has been approved for funding.
- Before funds can be dispersed, awardees must sign a letter of agreement that sets forth the terms and conditions for the awarding of funds by the University and the usage of funds by the awardee.
- All awardees will be publicly recognized at a University event.
- All awardees will showcase their initiative accomplishments at a University event.
- Awardees are encouraged to apply for external grants and/or seek endowments to continue their work beyond initial funding.

The 91°µÍøºÚÁÏ works to protect the rights and welfare of volunteers in research projects as required by federal regulations. The IRB has the authority to approve, require modifications in (to secure approval), or disapprove research based on its review.
